KSG is pleased to announce Matthew Harders’ appointment as attorney. Matthew was called to the Cayman Islands Bar on Wednesday, 4 October 2023, by Ramsay-Hale CJ.
Matthew joined KSG’s Insolvency and Restructuring team in October 2023, working alongside Partner Mark A. Russell. Matthew’s practice focuses on cross-border insolvency, restructuring, financial services and commercial litigation.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (with Distinction), a Bachelor of Business (Business Economics) and Bachelor of Letters (Italian) from The Flinders University of South Australia. In addition to the Cayman Islands, he is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia (currently non-practicing in Australia).
